Artemios Michael Mallas is a UK-born, British-educated Cyprus advocate and business strategist whose work blends legal insight with practical, cross-border execution. British-educated and a member of the Cyprus Bar Association, he advises clients on corporate and commercial law, Cyprus company formation, tax structuring, immigration, real estate transactions, and trust-based asset planning.
As founder of AM MALLAS LLC and KIKLON Partners, Artemios has worked with international companies, founders, and investors across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. His role as a long-standing strategist to a publicly listed global FMCG conglomerate has strengthened his understanding of market expansion, operational strategy, and the commercial realities behind legal decisions.
Artemios also contributes to Cyprus’s wider business and educational ecosystem as a Member of the Board of Directors of the American Academy Larnaca, one of Cyprus’s most historic private schools with nearly 120 years of tradition. He is also a long-standing advisor to entrepreneurs and founders in the technology, media, and hospitality industries, helping them scale and future-proof their businesses.
